Sue Smith has over 25 years experience helping Emerging Adults (17-29) to reach their goals of college, career, or living on their own, in spite of many difficult circumstances such as disability or mental health challenges.
My style is a combination of looking at your life story, the things that you’ve struggled with and over come and the obsticles that are preventing you from going even farther. I persistent and I will say with you and your dreams. I don’t often give up, and wont give up on you unless you say its time to change direction.
I know that with hard work, you may not reach exactly every goal as sometimes, as you gain more information and discover more about yourself, you decide that you want something new. And this is your life so that’s ok.
Sometimes Depression, Anxiety, Disability or other obsticles try to get in our way of reaching your goals. I can help you fight against these challenges and find ways to have a satisfying life even with ongoing challenges.
One of the major goals of counseling with me and at Emerging Adult Counseling is there is always support and encouragement, whether its’one on one with me or in a small group of peers in one of of Support Groups for Emerging Adults focused on either your specific challenge or your specific goal. You’re never alone at EAC.
